It all just depends on luck and who receives your email as to rather it will be read and dealt with or not. Neopets Support is their #1 problem. Wearable NC items cannot be applied to unconverted Neopets or the following painted Neopet body types: Maraquan, mutant, baby, invisible, and fruit and vegetable Chias, unless specified in item details. The NC Mall features some NC items that are only wearable. Prove You're Not a Bot: What is this species of Neopet? You need to answer this trivia question to prove you're not spamming. Please consider this as a last resort. The Neopets representative on Facebook is the Community Manager, NOT a Neopets Support member, athough they ocassionally pass on ticket information to the Support team at their discretion. The primary function of their page is to promote Neopets on social media, not to resolve account-related issues. So, I've joined Neopets.com recently, and it seems that Google Chrome has issues with it. I heard from people to use Internet Explorer, but I'm not going near it. It's too bad. I do have the latest version of Flash installed. Google Chrome can't run any games and can't load the Neopia map further than Altador, as the other maps don't load.
